We take pride in providing a reliable and satisfactory experience to all our customers, and our limited warranty policy for manufacturer defects and workmanship of electric bicycles and their components reflects this commitment. With our standard warranty service, all defective parts caused by DAMAXED will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period, which begins from the date of product delivery.

To establish proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date, clients need to provide the original purchase receipt.

Our limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products that were not sold by DAMAXED.
  • Defects or damages resulting from external factors, such as bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, improper storage, stolen items, and the like.
  • All defects or damages that are a result of human error, including improper assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modifications, upgrades, and the like.
  • Ordinary wear and tear resulting from normal storage or use.
  • Products whose serial numbers or barcodes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or are otherwise illegible.

We encourage our customers to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of our limited warranty to avoid any misunderstandings or complications in the future.

Warranty Process:

Step 1: Within the warranty period, customers can easily contact our dedicated customer service staff via email, phone, or any other communication method.

Step 2: In order for us to evaluate the problem, customers are required to provide us with pictures or videos of the problematic part.

Step 3: After receiving all the necessary information, our technical department will promptly guide the customer through the repair process.

Step 4: Once the technical department agrees to the replacement, we will send the replacement parts and provide full assistance to the customer with any warranty issues.

Please note that in order to proceed with the replacement, we require photographic or video evidence of the damaged product. Customers are kindly requested to provide us with such evidence via email (info@damaxed.com).

Shipping Claim:

As part of our standard policy, we would like to clarify our shipping claim process in case of any damages during transportation. If you receive damaged items, please contact info@damaxed.com immediately and provide photo or video evidence of the damage. We will promptly address the issue and find a solution.

It's important to note that we can only accept shipping damage claims within 7 days of receiving the product. Therefore, we encourage customers to inspect their items upon arrival and report any damages as soon as possible.
