Stickers according to the client’s specifications – attached to the frame, bicycle trims, etc.; EPAC label, labels on battery and charger, warning information, compatibility label battery, charger label, motor label (specifically for ebikes).
4. Appearance and process check:
We conduct a workmanship check on every e-bike to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and that there are no defects or other quality control issues. Overall product check: frame, saddle, chain, cover chain, tires, wiring and connectors, battery, charger, etc.
5. Function Check:
We conduct a thorough functional test of every ebike to ensure that it performs to our high standards of quality and safety. All assistance modes and displays should have proper functions, motor assistance/brakes/transmission working properly, no unusual sounds or functions, tires inflated and mounted properly on rims, and spokes installed properly in the rims.
6. Riding Tests (Finished Product):
We conduct rigorous riding tests on every finished ebike to ensure that it performs to our high standards of quality and safety. This includes testing for factors such as battery life, range, speed, and hill-climbing ability.
7. Packing (Finished Product):
The carton label should include the brand, model number, part number, barcode, and frame number; the light and bicycle should be properly protected in the box; the battery must be installed with the system off. We ensure that every ebike is packaged carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping and delivery. This includes verifying that all packaging materials are of the highest quality and that the packaging process meets all relevant safety standards.

Our range of quality inspections for bicycles, e-bikes and small electric vehicles include:
First-Article inspections are performed prior to mass production. Product properties are measured and compared with specifications to verify quality matches.
In-Process Inspections are used during the production process to identify and eliminate defects, and ensure that the correct processes and techniques used to manufacture bicycles are followed.
Pre-Shipment Inspections verify conformity of all bicycles types to specifications before shipping. Inspectors evaluate workmanship, functionality, packaging, labelling and other criteria as required.
Container Loading Supervision ensure that proper methods are employed during product loading, and counts are verified on-site.
Sorting services are used to inspect production and detect quality issues or perform rework operations.
