1. Can you tell me if you are a manufacturer or a trader?

2. Is it possible for me to visit your factory or warehouse?
You are welcome to visit our factory and warehouses; we would like to expose our excellent quality to as many customers as possible.

3. What is the minimum quantity required for custom orders?

4. Do you have a quality control system in place at your factory?
• Firstly, our company has been manufacturing and exporting e-bikes for many years, and we have a team of experienced workers, technicians, engineers, quality control teams, and management staff.
• Secondly, our products are CE certified to meet market demands.
• Thirdly, our Quality Control department is responsible for checking every part that arrives at our factory.
• Fourth, before mass production, the first sample will be made and QC tested. If everything appears to be in order, production will begin.
• Fifth, our quality control department will inspect each bike before packing, in order to ensure its quality.
5. What is the processing time for my order?
It depends on the quantity of your order and the specifications of the models. In general, in-stock orders can be completed within 7 working days. Customized orders may require longer production time.
6. What are your payment terms?
• For samples, payment should be made in the form of a T/T deposit of 100%.
• As for bulk orders, we request 30% by T/T in advance, the balance to be paid before shipment or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight; other payment methods can also be negotiated. Contact Us for More Details.
7. Do you provide value-added services to online distributors?
The first thing we could do for you is to provide you with a wide range of marketing materials to demonstrate the advantages of our products.
In addition, we can assist you in setting up and optimizing your sales website and creating content for your store branding. We may also be able to assist you with placing advertisements and attracting potential customers.

8. Can I test the market with samples? When will the samples be ready?
Yes, we are able to offer you some samples, however, they will be charged at the same price as the product. Samples usually take 30 days, depending on the model.
9. How long does it take to deliver bulk orders?
Depending on your specifications, production takes about 25 working days.
10. What is the battery's life expectancy between charges?
Quantifying this is always challenging since it depends on a variety of factors. However, under average conditions, the 36V 10.4Ah option, for example, would provide a range of around 30-45 miles based on the terrain, the weight of the cyclist, frequency of use of the PAS, number of stops/starts, brake pressure, tire pressure, etc. Depending on the battery specification in our range, mileage will vary.
11. Is it possible to place orders from OEM and ODM customers?

12. What are the terms of your warranty?

Yes, DAMAXED is a professional electric bike manufacturer and an authorized partner of several well-known brands including DYU. We are permitted to sell selected models and offer official after-sales support. All products are sourced through certified channels, ensuring authenticity, warranty coverage, and peace of mind.
