Can you tell me if you are a manufacturer or a trader？
We are a leading manufacturer of premium electric bikes located in Suzhou, China. Is it possible for me to visit your factory warehouse?

Do you have a quality control system in place at your factory?
• Firstly, our company has been manufacturing and exporting ebikes for many years, and we have a team of experienced workers, technicians, engineers, quality control teams, and management staff.
• Secondly, our products are CE certified to meet market demands.
• Thirdly, our Quality Control department is responsible for checking every part that arrives at our factory.
• Fourth, before mass production, the first sample will be made, and QC tested. If everything appears to be in order, production will begin.
• Fifth, our quality control department will inspect each bike before packing, to ensure its quality.

Do you provide value-added services to online distributors?
The first thing we could do for you is to provide you with a wide range of marketing materials to demonstrate the advantages of our products. In addition, we can assist you in setting up and optimizing your sales website and creating content for your store branding. We may also be able to assist you with placing advertisements and attracting potential customers.

What are the terms of your warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or failure caused by an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or misuse of our product in violation of the instructions.

Ordering and Production
What is the minimum quantity required for custom orders?
20 pieces. Our service includes configuration alterations for the logo, frame, motor, battery, handlebar, brake, and more.

What is the processing time for my order?
It depends on the quantity of your order and the specifications of the models. In general, in-stock orders can be completed within 15 working days. Customized orders may require longer production time.

How long does it take to deliver bulk orders?
Depending on your specifications, production takes about 25 - 45 working days.

Can I test the market with samples? When will the samples be ready?
Yes, we can offer you some samples, however, they will be charged at the same price as the product. Samples usually take 30 days or more, depending on the model.

Is it possible to place orders from OEM and ODM customers?
Yes, you can have the bike made according to your specifications, color combination, logo/design, and package request.

What are your payment terms?
• For samples, payment should be made in the form of a T/T deposit of 100%.
• As for bulk orders, we request 30% by T/T in advance, with the balance to be paid before shipment； other payment methods can also be negotiated.
