Returns & Exchanges – DAMAXED (Applicable to DYU & Other Brands)

We follow strict return and exchange standards to ensure fairness and product integrity. Please read carefully before placing your order:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item has a confirmed quality issue that cannot be repaired, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Claims after 14 days will only be eligible for repair support, not for return or refund.
  • All defects must be verified by DYU’s technical team before approval.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping. If not, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Only accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, minus shipping and handling fees.

3. Order Cancellations (After Shipment Begins)

  • Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, it cannot be cancelled without fees.
  • Customers who cancel after shipment begins must cover all shipping costs plus a possible restocking fee.

4. Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed in acceptable condition.
  • DAMAXED assumes no responsibility for delivery issues caused by customer error (e.g., wrong address, failure to receive delivery).
