DAMAXED Returns & Exchanges – Easy Process with U.S. Support

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging. A return authorization is required before sending any item back.

Please contact us at info@damaxed.com to initiate a return or exchange. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
