We understand the importance of producing high-quality and safe e-bikes, and our quality control service is designed to ensure that every e-bike we produce meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Our quality control service includes a range of different measures to ensure that your electric bikes are of the highest possible quality.
Some of the key aspects of our quality control service include:
Ⅰ、 IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) Inspection
Our IPQC inspectors conduct rigorous inspections at every stage of the production process to ensure that every component and assembly is of the highest quality.
We inspect all materials, components, and assemblies for defects, including batteries, motors, controllers, and other key components, ensuring that every electric bike we produce meets our strict quality standards.
Ⅱ、Accessories Check
We inspect all accessories, including battery notices, information cards, CE declarations of conformity, etc.
To ensure that they are of the highest quality and meet all relevant safety standards.
Ⅲ、Design & Label Check
We verify that all designs and labels are accurate and meet all relevant safety and regulatory standards. Stickers according to the client’s specifications – attached to the frame, bicycle trim, etc.
EPAC label, labels on battery and charger, warning information, compatibility label for battery, charger label, motor label.
Ⅳ、Appearance and process check
We conduct a workmanship check on every e-bike to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and that there are no defects or other quality control issues.
Overall product check: frame, saddle, chain, cover chain, tires, wiring and connectors, battery, charger, etc.
Ⅴ、Function Check
We conduct a thorough functional test of every electric bike to ensure that it performs to our highest standards of quality and safety. All assistance modes and displays should have proper functions.
These include motor assistance/brakes/transmission working properly, no unusual sounds or functions, tires inflated and mounted properly on rims, and spokes installed properly on the rims.
Ⅵ、Riding Tests (Finished Product)
We conduct rigorous riding tests on every finished electric bike to ensure that it performs to our high standards of quality and safety.
This includes testing for factors such as battery life, range, speed, and hill-climbing ability.
Ⅶ、Packing (Finished Product)
The carton label should include the brand, model number, part number, barcode, and frame number; the light and bicycle should be properly protected in the box; the battery must be installed with the system off. We ensure that every electric bike is packaged carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping and delivery.
This includes verifying that all packaging materials are of the highest quality and that the packaging process meets all relevant safety standards.
